Job Description Archer Business Analyst ? GRC, QA & Archer SaaS Role Description
? Support the delivery of enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions on the Archer SaaS platform.
? Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure business requirements are translated into scalable, compliant solutions aligned with risk and regulatory objectives.
? Support Quality Assurance (QA) activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis
? Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops and interviews.
? Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and process flows aligned with Archer capabilities.
? Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver business solutions.
Archer Configuration & Solution Support
? Support the design and configuration of Archer applications, including:
? Workflows
? Questionnaires
? Reporting
? Data models
Quality Assurance
? Develop and execute test cases aligned with business requirements and acceptance criteria.
? Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect tracking and resolution.
? Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to define test strategies, review test cases, and validate system functionality.
Agile Delivery
? Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release support activities.
? Support Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
Documentation & Reporting
? Maintain project documentation, including:
? Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
? Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)
? Data mappings
? User guides
? Test plans
? Test cases
? Test results
? Support reporting and dashboards for risk, audit, and regulatory stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
? 3?7+ years of Business Analyst experience with Archer.
? Experience working with Archer Evolv.
? Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
? Solid understanding of risk management, compliance, or audit processes.
? Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
? Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
? Experience in QA activities, including test planning, test case development, and UAT support.
Preferred Qualifications
? Experience with Archer use cases, including:
? Operational Risk
? IT Risk
? Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
? Audit Management
? Familiarity with integrations using APIs, ETL, and data mapping.
? Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including:
? SOX
? OSFI
? ISO 27001
? GDPR
? Relevant certifications such as:
? CBAP
? PMI-PBA
? Agile/Scrum Certification
? Archer Certification
? Experience supporting large-scale GRC or enterprise transformation programs.
