*Budtender / Sales Associate (Part-Time)*
We're looking for a friendly, outgoing, and motivated *Budtender / Sales Associate* to join our team! This is a customer-focused *sales position* where building relationships, providing product recommendations, and creating a great shopping experience are key.
Whether you already have cannabis retail experience or are simply passionate about customer service and sales, we'd love to hear from you. *We're happy to train the right candidate* who has a positive attitude, enjoys learning, and is excited to help customers.
What You'll Do
* Welcome customers and create a friendly, welcoming experience. * Recommend products based on customers' needs and preferences. * Educate customers on products, safe use, and responsible consumption. * Build customer relationships and confidently suggest additional products when appropriate. * Process sales accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system. * Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked. * Assist with inventory, merchandising, and restocking. * Answer customer questions in person and over the phone. * Follow all company policies and AGCO cannabis regulations. * Help with basic administrative and inventory tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
* A positive, friendly personality and a passion for helping people. * Strong customer service and communication skills. * An interest in *sales* and providing excellent product recommendations. * Comfortable using computers and learning new systems (POS experience is an asset). * Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset, *but not required*. * Basic knowledge of math, Microsoft Word and Excel is helpful. * Ability to lift and move boxes during restocking when needed. * English is required
