Are you a highly organized professional with excellent communication skills? Join our team in Uxbridge as a Customer Service / Order Taker for our Ready-Mix Concrete Division. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring accurate order placement and efficient scheduling for our concrete operations.

*Key Responsibilities*
· Order Management: Answer all incoming calls promptly and take precise orders for the Ready Mix Division.
· Dispatch & Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule deliveries to optimize daily concrete operations.
· Quotes & Pricing: Provide accurate pricing information and formal quotes to customers.
· Data Entry: Input orders, customer details, and operational data into the system with high accuracy.
· Customer Support: Resolve client inquiries and provide exceptional service throughout the ordering process.
· Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks associated with the daily operations of the division.
*Qualifications*
· Proven experience in customer service, order entry, or logistics scheduling.
· Experience in the construction, concrete, or building materials industry is a strong asset. · Software Skills: Experience with Command, RingCentral, and Microsoft Excel is highly beneficial.
· Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage high call volumes.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency in data entry and standard office software.
· Local residency in or near Uxbridge, ON is preferred.
