Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

*Position:* Full-Time or Part-Time (Centre-Based)
Hope Autism Services is a multidisciplinary pediatric clinic providing ABA, Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, and Psychological Services for children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental needs. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our collaborative clinical team.
Responsibilities
* Conduct speech and language assessments. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. * Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to children. * Support communication, social language, articulation, AAC, and other speech-language goals. * Collaborate with Behaviour Analysts, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, educators, and families. * Provide parent coaching and recommendations to support skill generalization. * Maintain clinical documentation, progress reports, and treatment records. * Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. * Registered and in good standing with CASLPO. * Professional Liability Insurance. * Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities preferred. * Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. * Current Vulnerable Sector Check and CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
