*Job Title: Heatshield Production Worker*

*Position Overview:*
Under the direction of the Warehouse & Operations Manager, the Heatshield Production Worker assembles and inspects hot tub covers while supporting warehouse operations at the Beachcomber Plus Warehouse in Surrey. This role involves using tools and material-handling equipment safely, meeting daily production schedules, maintaining quality and safety standards, and performing physically demanding tasks as an effective member of a team.

Founded in 1978, *Beachcomber Hot Tubs* is a leading manufacturer and retailer of luxury Hot Tubs. We manufacture the world?s most comfortable and energy efficient hot tubs and set the highest standard for quality in the industry. We produce over 16 different models of hot tubs that are sold and shipped all over the world. Each one of our hot tubs are built from scratch at our 40,000 sq.ft. manufacturing facility. The facility is equipped with a state-of-the-art, industry-specific Thermoformer that forms all our hot tubs, as well as a 6-axis robotic arm that drills jet holes in our hot tubs.
*Key Duties & Responsibilities (Cover Assembly):*
· Visually inspect cover parts for quality prior to assembly.
· Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workstation.
· Use basic hand tools, power tools and circular saws in a safe and efficient manner.
· Transport raw materials of various sizes and weights using a forklift, pallet jack, or by hand.
· Complete the daily cover assembly schedule as assigned by the Supervisor.
· Inspect assembled covers and complete quality and production reports accurately and legibly in accordance with the quality standards.
· Follow safety standards and guidelines.
· Work as an effective member of a team.
*Duties and Responsibility (Warehouse):*
· Pick, pack and prepare product to be shipped.
· Package and label fragrance products.
· Support Shipper/Receiver in slotting product in designated locations, when requested.
· Complete documentation for transportation companies? bills of lading, customs documentation with tariff codes and dangerous goods waybills, when requested.
· Call carriers and arrange for pick-up, when requested.
· Maintain cleanliness and good order in the warehouse daily.
· Perform daily safety checks, monitor performance, and report problems related to forklift machines.
· Offloading containers
· Physically able to lift large and heavy boxes ? up to 50lbs
