Canada Custom Autoworks is a *high-volume, performance-driven custom wheel and tire shop* with *14 locations across Western Canada*. We work with all major wheel and tire brands, plus accessories and suspension systems. Our Saskatoon shop is busy, growing, and we need *experienced tire technicians* who can keep up.
*This is NOT an entry-level role.* If you need constant direction, struggle with balancing, or haven?t worked in a fast-paced tire shop, this role is not for you.
This Role Is For You If:
* You can confidently mount, balance, and repair tires without supervision * You understand tire diagnostics, repairability, and proper procedures * You move fast *without cutting corners* * You take pride in clean work, no comebacks, no damage * You want to work with other capable techs ? not babysit or be babysat
What You?ll Be Responsible For
* Tire removal, installation, balancing, and repairs on passenger vehicles and pickup trucks * Dismounting/mounting, inflating, reinstalling wheel assemblies correctly every time * Diagnosing tire damage and choosing proper repair methods * Handling heavy lifting and staying on your feet in a fast-paced shop * Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment * Delivering solid customer service through quality workmanship
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
* *Previous tire technician experience required* * Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail * Ability to perform in a physically demanding, high-volume environment * Excellent communication and teamwork skills * *Valid Class 5 driver?s license (No GDL)*
Pay & Benefits
