## Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced \*Business Development & Relationship Manager\* to lead partnership development with colleges, universities, educational institutions, and key industry stakeholders across Canada.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities, managing existing institutional relationships, negotiating collaboration agreements, and driving sustainable business growth.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys networking, building long-term relationships, and creating strategic opportunities within the education sector.

## Key Responsibilities

\* Develop and execute business development strategies to expand GPS Education's institutional network.

\* Identify, approach, and onboard new college and university partners.

\* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing institutional partners.

\* Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and partnership discussions.

\* Negotiate commercial terms and collaboration agreements.

\* Represent GPS Education at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

\* Work closely with internal admissions, operations, and leadership teams to ensure successful partnership execution.

\* Track partnership performance and identify opportunities for growth.

\* Maintain an active pipeline of prospective institutional partners.

\* Stay informed about trends and developments in Canada's education industry.

## Qualifications

### Required

\* Experience in:

\* Business Development

\* Partnership Management

\* Account Management

\* Relationship Management

\* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

\* Strong presentation and networking abilities.

\* Self-motivated with a proven ability to achieve business growth targets.

\* Ability to travel when required.

### Preferred

Experience working with organizations such as:

## Location

Canada (Hybrid/Remote depending on candidate location)

Travel may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
