We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive food preparation and cooking expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a key member of our kitchen management, you will assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily operations, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining high-quality service. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with restaurant management experience to grow within a vibrant hospitality environment.

*Responsibilities*

* Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation * Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of food quality * Oversee food handling procedures to adhere to safety and sanitation regulations * Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction * Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor stock quality * Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies related to food industry standards * Lead by example in serving guests with professionalism and hospitality * Support training initiatives for new team members and ongoing staff development * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area at all times

*Skills*

* Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or food service environment * Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices * Excellent team management and leadership abilities * Knowledge of restaurant management operations and hospitality standards * Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting * Exceptional communication skills for effective team coordination * Deep understanding of the food industry trends and customer service excellence * Experience in food handling, serving, and maintaining high sanitation standards * Demonstrated ability to motivate staff and foster a positive work environment

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
