Western Dispatch is hiring a *Customer Service Representative (CSR)* to join our Service Department. We are looking for someone who values accuracy, consistency, and clear communication, and who is interested in staying in the role long term.
This position supports daily operations by ensuring orders are entered accurately and on time in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Job Functions
* *Order Entry* ? Accurately enter orders received by phone or email into our system. * *Customer Service* ? Assist clients with basic questions related to orders, confirmations, and general inquiries. * *Internal Communication* ? Work with internal teams to ensure orders are entered correctly and ready for execution. * *Other Duties as Assigned* ? Support the Service Team as needed.
What We?re Looking For
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume order entry * Clear and professional written and verbal communication * Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment * Dependable, consistent, and process-oriented * General computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems * Previous experience in customer service, order entry, logistics, or administrative roles is an asset
