Full-Time Overnight Call Centre Specialist We An-Ser is looking for reliable and detail-focused Full-Time Overnight Call Centre Specialists to join our expanding team. • Call Management: Handle a high volume of incoming calls professionally, ensuring every caller receives a polite and welcoming experience. • Information Gathering: Accurately collect and pass along vital details, making sure all messages are thorough and precise. • Data Entry: Verify and input information carefully into our system so clients can trust their needs are documented correctly. Qualifications:
• A pleasant phone presence with a positive, professional tone. • Strong English communication skills, including sharp grammar and spelling. • Comfort working within a Windows-based operating system. • A typing speed of at least 40 WPM. • A proven track record of excellent attendance. • Flexibility to work at least one weekend day.
