*Responsibilities*
* Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on automobiles, trucks,using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment * Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, and fluid replacements * Repair or replace mechanical components including engines, transmissions, suspension systems, and electrical system * Interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to accurately diagnose issues * Utilize welding skills for repairs requiring metal fabrication or structural adjustments * Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications * Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs needed or completed * Assist in the assembly of mechanical components or systems during repair or installation projects
*Experience*
* Prior experience in automotive repair is essential * Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems including electrical components and schematics * Experience operating power tools and performing heavy lifting safely * Mechanic experience with a focus on automotive repair is highly valued * Customer service skills are important for communicating effectively with clients about repairs and maintenance needs

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
