*Duties*
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat platforms * Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies * Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively * Perform data entry to update customer accounts and record interactions accurately * Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services * Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer experiences * Analyze customer feedback and interactions to improve service quality * Collaborate with team members to share insights and enhance overall customer satisfaction * Support sales initiatives by promoting relevant products based on customer needs * Keep detailed records of customer interactions for future reference and analysis
*Experience*
* Prior experience in customer service. * Strong communication skills. * Experience with data entry systems and analysis tools is a plus * Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism * Knowledge of sales techniques, including upselling strategies, is advantageous * Familiarity with phone etiquette best practices and excellent interpersonal skills are essential * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding service
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
