Permanent part-time Library Technician 2 position available at Westview Public School starting August 28, 2026, or as mutually agreed upon.Please note - if the position is underfilled it will be as a Library Clerk. Rates as per CUPE Local 4195 Collective Agreement. 3.25 hours per day / 16.25 hours per week REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION: - Successful completion of Grade 12 coupled with a post-secondary Library Technician diploma or certificate from a recognized institution as approved by the Board of Education.- Familiarity with the Insignia Software would be a definite asset.- Must possess and maintain a valid drivers licence.- Working knowledge in the operation and basic maintenance of automated library systems.- Ability to code according to MARC standard.
