*Duties*
* Wash, sanitize, and dry dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning methods * Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas throughout the shift * Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and basic kitchen duties * Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health and safety regulations * Support the kitchen team during busy periods by efficiently managing dishwashing responsibilities * Restock supplies such as clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools to ensure smooth workflow * Follow proper waste disposal procedures and maintain sanitation standards in accordance with health codes

* Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining hygiene standards * Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not required * Knowledge of food handling and safety protocols * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks * Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation processes is advantageous * Good teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and servers * Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role
