About this role
The successful person will be directly assisting the business manager and/or Office Administrator with a variety of business related tasks. Typical duties may include answering phones, receiving payments, data entry, filing, and reports. Work includes the use of Microsoft office suite of products (work, excel, Adobe, and outlook), and maintenance of internal and online applications/websites, and use of other office equipment such as copiers and scanners. Office experience is an asset for this position however the right person will have a positive mindset and a willingness to learn.
