*Job Overview*
As our Receptionist, you will play an important role in creating a positive client experience from the moment guests contact or enter the spa. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering client inquiries, booking appointments, and supporting the daily operations of the spa.
This is a full-time position with a schedule of *Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30 AM?4:30 PM*. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple tasks in a busy spa environment.
*Responsibilities*
* Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service. * Answer incoming phone calls professionally and assist clients with inquiries. * Book, modify, and manage appointments using Vagaro. * Respond to client questions regarding services, pricing, products, and policies. * Check clients in and out while accurately processing payments. * Maintain an organized appointment schedule and assist with filling cancellations when possible. * Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming throughout the day. * Perform light cleaning and tidying of the front reception area between calls and client interactions. * Restock retail displays, beverages, brochures, and front desk supplies as needed. * Assist with laundry and other light housekeeping tasks when required. * Support the spa team with administrative and daily operational tasks. * Ensure client records and appointment information remain accurate and confidential.
*Qualifications*
* Previous customer service or receptionist experience is an asset. * Experience using Vagaro or other appointment booking software is an asset but not required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. * Comfortable answering a high volume of phone calls and assisting clients throughout the day. * Basic computer skills and confidence learning new software. * Professional appearance and positive attitude. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
