Trail Tire Commercial Edmonton Truck Centre is looking for a motivated, customer-focused *Inside Sales Representative / Service Writer* to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the automotive, heavy-duty, or commercial tire industry who enjoys building customer relationships, preparing accurate estimates, and ensuring exceptional customer service from start to finish.

Responsibilities
* Greet customers in person and over the phone in a professional manner. * Prepare accurate estimates and work orders for mechanical and tire services. * Recommend maintenance and repair services based on customer needs and technician inspections. * Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently. * Provide customers with updates throughout the repair process. * Source and price parts from suppliers. * Prepare invoices and explain completed work to customers. * Schedule appointments and manage daily shop workflow. * Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet and retail customers. * Follow up on estimates and identify opportunities to increase sales. * Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records. * Assist with inventory and administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as an *Inside Sales Representative, Service Writer, or Service Advisor*. * Experience in the automotive, heavy-duty, commercial truck, or tire industry is considered a strong asset. * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. * Comfortable using computer-based shop management software. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Valid driver's license is preferred.
