*About Us*
Northwest 21 Ltd. is a progressive irrigated farm located near Enchant, Alberta. We are looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our team as a *General Farm Worker*. This is a year-round position offering a variety of work in both the shop and the yard.
*Responsibilities*
As part of our team, you will assist with a wide range of farm operations, including:
* Operating tractors, forklifts, trucks, trailers, combines, and other farm equipment * Assisting with loading and unloading trucks * Operating and maintaining conveyors, pilers, and vegetable grading equipment * Performing general shop and yard duties * Performing basic maintenance and repairs on farm equipment * Operating and maintaining irrigation systems, including Valley, Zimmatic, Reinke, and Lockwood pivots * Assisting with seasonal farming activities as required * Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
*Qualifications*
* Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (required) * Class 3 Driver's Licence is considered an asset * Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform minor equipment repairs * Basic welding skills are considered an asset * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Able to stand, walk, lift, and work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions * Legally entitled to work in Canada
*Schedule*
* Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed
