We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team at Clocktower Brew Pub 418 Richmond Rd. This role is vital in ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and excellent customer service, supporting our commitment to community and craftsmanship. The Kitchen Manager will oversee daily kitchen operations, manage staff, and uphold food safety standards. *Responsibilities*
*Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.*
* Develop and implement menu items in collaboration with the culinary team. * Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness. * Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs. * Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff performance. * Ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies. * Collaborate with front-of-house teams to deliver seamless customer experiences. * Foster a positive team environment that encourages growth and excellence.'
*Qualifications*
*Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar leadership role in a restaurant or brewery setting.*
* Strong knowledge of food preparation, safety standards, and kitchen operations. * Excellent team management and communication skills. * Ability to manage inventory, control costs, and optimize resources. * Experience with inventory software such as Tracrite, Wisk is preferred. * Positive leadership qualities with a focus on coaching, training and development. * Knowledge of food industry trends and customer service excellence. * Certification in Food Safety is mandatory.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
