Ghost Transportation Services is an established, locally owned company, with over 37 years in the transportation industry. We currently have an opening for a part-time Administrative Assistant to work between 20 and 25 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling. The successful candidate will have experience with billing and accounts receivable, including collections, strong customer service and communication skills, high attention to detail, high level of accuracy, be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and be a positive team player able to assist where needed. Preference will be given to those with experience in the Transportation Industry, a background with TruckMate software is a definite asset. Duties: Front Desk Reception Answer phones Accounts Receivables manage incoming payments, ensure timely collections, credit checks, set up new customers Billing assist with billing customers in a timely manner Record keeping & filing Additional responsibilities as requiredRequirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills At least one year of work experience in an accounts receivable position Strong customer service and communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask Positive attitude and a team playerGhost Transportation Services is an equal opportunity employer and will provide accommodation during the recruitment process upon request.
