We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paints and coatings, and producing high-quality finishes on residential and commercial projects. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their workmanship and enjoys working in a team environment. ResponsibilitiesPrepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching, and priming.Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths, masking, and tape.Mix and match paint colours as required.Inspect completed work to ensure a high-quality finish.Maintain painting tools, equipment, and a clean work area.Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.Work collaboratively with project managers and other trades to complete projects on schedule.
