*Duties*
* Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to foster positive relationships * Understanding of automotive & powersports is an asset * Social media uploading * Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to potential buyers, highlighting benefits and upselling opportunities * Manage merchandising displays to attract customer attention and optimize product placement * Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties * Assist customers with product selection, answer questions, and provide technical information as needed * Maintain organized sales areas and ensure products are well-stocked and properly displayed * Handle phone inquiries professionally, schedule appointments, and follow up with leads * Support store operations by managing time effectively to meet sales goals and customer needs

* Strong communication skills for engaging customers, explaining product features, and upselling * Knowledge of merchandising, POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures * Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Customer service expertise with a focus on building rapport and ensuring customer satisfaction * Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods * Phone etiquette for professional communication via calls or inquiries * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in achieving sales objectives

Pay: $35,700.00-$100,000.00 per year
