We are currently expanding our team and are seeking *Class 1 Drivers*!
As a Class 1 Driver at Central Island Distributors, you will play a vital role in transporting goods safely and efficiently across Vancouver Island. You?ll help ensure timely deliveries while upholding our commitment to safety, service, and professionalism.

*Key Responsibilities*
· Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
· Report vehicle maintenance issues in a timely manner
· Ensure all freight is handled with care and delivered safely and on time
· Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
· Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
· Keep vehicles clean and well-maintained
· Represent the company with a customer-first attitude
· Perform other duties as required
*What We?re Looking For*
· A Valid Class 1 Driver?s License - *required*
· Clean driver?s abstract
· Experience in commercial/freight driving an asset
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Safety-focused mindset and strong work ethic
· Team-oriented attitude
· Excellent time management and organizational skills
· Ability to drive manual transmission an asset
· Basic mechanical knowledge an asset
· Forklift certification or experience an asset
