About this role

The Opportunity Our client is an established and growing technology company undergoing an exciting period of transformation. They are hiring a Product Marketing Manager to execute go-to-market initiatives that connect product innovation with customer needs. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will work across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Engineering to develop positioning, support launches, build sales enablement resources, and gather customer insights that influence future product and go-to-market strategies. This is a hybrid role working three days on site in downtown Toronto. Why this role?  As the new Product Marketing Manager, you will step into a role with breadth, ownership, and influence. Rather than focusing solely on launches or messaging, you will work across the full product marketing lifecycle - partnering with Product as new features are developed, translating technical capabilities into compelling customer value, enabling Sales with the right tools and insights, and ensuring customer feedback helps shape future product decisions. Your work will not end at launch; you will help define how products are understood, adopted, and evolved. You will be joining a collaborative team that values curiosity, initiative, and thoughtful execution over simply following a playbook. You will have the opportunity to build strong partnerships across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, bringing together different perspectives to create successful go-to-market strategies. If you enjoy turning complex ideas into clear stories, asking thoughtful questions, and influencing decisions through customer and market insights, this role offers the variety, autonomy, and visibility to make a meaningful impact. As their new Product Marketing Manager, you will: Execute go-to-market initiatives. You will help bring new products and features to market, supporting launches from planning through execution. Working closely with Product and Marketing, you will develop positioning, messaging, and customer-facing content that clearly communicates product value and supports successful adoption across customers and internal teams. Build sales enablement resources. You will create the tools, content, and training materials that help Sales confidently position products and navigate competitive conversations. From presentations and one-pagers to sales enablement resources and product documentation, you will create the materials customer-facing teams need to confidently communicate product value. Develop customer and market insights. You will build a strong understanding of customers, competitors, and market trends through research, customer conversations, and win/loss analysis. You will translate those insights into recommendations that strengthen product positioning, influence go-to-market strategies, and help shape future product decisions. Partner across the business. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure launches are coordinated, messaging is consistent, and priorities remain aligned. Acting as a connector across functions, you will help ensure products are successfully introduced, adopted, and continuously refined based on customer feedback. You bring: The product marketing expertise. You have experience bringing products or features to market and understand how to translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling customer value. You are comfortable developing positioning, messaging, launch plans, and customer-facing content that supports adoption and commercial success. The curiosity. You genuinely enjoy understanding customers, asking thoughtful questions, and uncovering insights that others may overlook. Whether through customer conversations, market re
