*Job Summary* Aroi Thai is a modern Thai restaurant focused on refined dishes, thoughtful cocktails, and warm, attentive hospitality. Our bar program is designed to complement the kitchen, featuring Thai-inspired cocktails, curated wines, and sake. We?re looking for a skilled Bartender who values consistency, strong technique, and genuine guest experience.
*Duties*
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers. * Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. * Manage inventory of bar supplies and order as necessary. * Adhere to all food safety and health regulations. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service. * Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
*Requirements*
* Proven bartending experience with strong mixology skills * Knowledge of Asian ingredients and wine/sake pairing is a plus * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Understanding of food safety and cleanliness standards
