*Duties*
* Thoroughly wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment or manual methods. * Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or organizing ingredients when needed. * Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas during service to ensure a smooth flow of operations. * Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold safety standards and prevent contamination. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes for food service and banquet events.
