St. Louis Bar & Grill is looking for an energetic, guest-focused *Front of House Supervisor* to help lead our team in Shediac. If you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy leading by example, we'd love to meet you.
*What You'll Do*
* Lead by example and help create an outstanding guest experience every shift. * Support and coach our front-of-house team to deliver legendary service. * Assist the General Manager with the day-to-day operation of the restaurant. * Ensure smooth service while maintaining St. Louis' high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality. * Help recruit, train, motivate, and develop team members. * Foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture. * Help achieve sales, labour, and guest satisfaction goals.
*What We're Looking For*
* Strong leadership and communication skills. * Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. * A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. * Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Food Safety Certification is considered an asset.
