We take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional service to our residential, commercial, and agricultural clients. We are looking for an experienced, dependable Concrete Finisher to join our team. What You'll DoPlace, level, screed, and finish concrete to a high standard.Operate hand and power finishing tools.Perform edging, jointing, broom, exposed aggregate, and decorative finishes.Set and strip concrete forms.Read grades and work from site plans when required.Work safely and efficiently as part of a crew.Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and general labour as needed.Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, organized worksite.QualificationsMinimum 3 years of concrete finishing experience (more experience is an asset).Strong knowledge of concrete placement and finishing techniques.Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment.Valid Class 5 driver's licence (required).Ability to work overtime when necessary during the construction season.Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality workmanship.Experience operating skid steers or other construction equipment is an asset.What We OfferCompetitive wages based on experience.Overtime opportunities.Supportive, team-oriented work environment.Variety of residential, commercial, and agricultural projects.Opportunity for growth with a respected local company.
