Outside Sales Representative (Commission Only) ? Exterior & Interior Doors
*Kally Ltd.* is a rapidly growing manufacturer of premium fiberglass exterior doors and solid core interior doors serving homeowners, builders, and contractors throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
We are looking for a motivated, confident sales professional who enjoys meeting customers and closing deals. If you're driven by performance and want unlimited earning potential, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Do
* Respond to company-generated leads from Facebook and Instagram advertising. * Contact customers promptly to schedule appointments. * Meet homeowners and builders throughout the GTA. * Measure door openings and discuss product options. * Prepare quotations and explain pricing. * Follow up with customers and close sales. * Work closely with our office and production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. * Deliver exceptional customer service from the first appointment through project completion.

What We're Looking For
* Previous sales experience is preferred (windows, doors, construction, renovations, kitchens, roofing, HVAC, or other home improvement industries is an asset). * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Self-motivated with a positive attitude. * Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills. * Valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable vehicle. * Comfortable using a smartphone, email, and basic computer software.
