About this role
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases - Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities - Demonstrate product features and benefits through product demos - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system - Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed - Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed
Experience: - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required - Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating discounts or change - Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and effectively manage inventory - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Ability to sell products effectively and provide exceptional customer service - Familiarity with phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone
