With the continued growth in the industry, Scotlynn is currently hiring a Service Lead for our Peterbilt shop in Vittoria, ON. This role is for organized individuals who are passionate about the transportation industry and supporting a team of mechanics and AZ drivers.Previous experience in 310T Truck & Trailer Mechanics/Maintenance is NOT a requirement; we hire for attitude and work ethic.ABOUT YOUSuccessful Scotlynn Candidates Have:Time management and organizational skillsExperience with Microsoft suite of productsLeadership and strong communication skillsPrevious experience working in the automotive industry, shops preferred but not mandatoryntermediate level of Excel skillsService compliance with MTO regulationsA desire to learn, grow and support othersWork experience from the following industries is welcomed and appreciated: licensed or apprentice mechanics (310T or 310S), service advisors, logistics, dispatch, AZ drivers.
