Position SummaryWe are seeking a reliable, hardworking General Labourer to join our cow/calf beef ranch team. This position involves a variety of daily ranch maintenance and livestock support duties. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions, is physically fit, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and productive ranch environment. ResponsibilitiesClean and maintain barns, pens, and livestock facilities.Remove manure and bedding, and assist with general barn sanitation.Build, repair, and maintain fences.Pick and control weeds throughout pastures, corrals, and yard areas.Assist with general ranch maintenance and upkeep.Operate hand tools and basic farm equipment safely and responsibly.Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Support livestock care as needed, including moving cattle and assisting with feeding.Complete other ranch duties as assigned. QualificationsPrevious farm or ranch experience is an asset but not required.Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs (23 kg).Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.Valid driver's license is an asset.
