*Responsibilities*
* Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy * Handle filing, document proofreading, and organization of office files to ensure easy retrieval and compliance * Support bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, billing, and basic financial record keeping * Assist with customer support inquiries via phone or email, providing exceptional service and support * Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for staff or clients as needed * Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency * Provide clerical support including typing correspondence, preparing reports, and managing office supplies
*Requirements*
* Prior office experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry skills * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading and data management * Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities * Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks effectively * Basic computer skills including typing speed and proficiency in using office software applications
