We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused, organized and dedicated *full-time* *Pharmacy Assistant* to join our independent community pharmacy.
The ideal candidate is personable, highly motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to excellent customer service. *Responsibilities and Duties*
* Providing the highest level of customer service, both in person and over the phone * Data entry into Kroll software (ie. entering, billing and filling of prescriptions) * Third party adjudication * Preparing compliance/blister packaging * Managing and ordering both front store and dispensary stock * Processing patient prescription pickup and drop off * Maintaining patient files and ensuring they are always up-to-date * Assisting with cashier responsibilities * Fostering and maintaining great relationships with patients
*Qualifications and Skills*
* *One year minimum experience *as a Pharmacy Assistant *and/or *graduate from a recognized Pharmacy Assistant program * Proficiency in *Kroll is required* * Ability to multitask, work independently and take initiative * Superior attention to detail * Excellent organization and time management skills * Availability to work all shifts within our hours of operation, which may include Saturdays
*Languages Required: *English
*Required education:*
* Pharmacy Assistant Diploma/Certificate *and/or *relevant Pharmacy experience in excess of 1 year

Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour
