About this role
We are looking for a dependable, self-sufficient all-rounder who can handle a variety of tasks, with a primary focus on cleaning.
The position will include responsibilities such as:
* Vacation home turnovers (Airbnb / short-term rentals) * Tenant move-out cleans * Post-construction or renovation cleanups * Assisting with light maintenance tasks * General household support duties as needed
Work Schedule:
* Part-time with flexible hours depending on bookings and tasks * Must be available for weekends and holidays
Compensation:
* Pay is negotiable based on experience and performance * Includes a bonus system for high-quality work and meeting goals

Requirements
* Experience in cleaning is a must, maintenance experience a plus * Own transportation * Ability to work independently and efficiently * Reliable, with good time management skills
