We're currently hiring for Sales Associate *( 1 Part Time)* to join our team for our store located at *Market Mall, Calgary, AB*
Preferably with strong communication skills, tech knowledge, and experience in sales or customer service.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
* Ability to sell wireless products and plans and best describe them to the customer * Assess customer needs with respect to the purchase of wireless products, billing inquiries, and equipment/technical challenges * Ability to stay current with changes in offers/promotions, new products, services and policies to maintain high level product knowledge and services * Providing exceptional customer support to both current and prospective clients * Handle requests, questions and any issues in a positive manner * Process sales and enter refund of orders on a daily basis * Receive and manage the inventory processes * Review Sales reports on a daily basis
Any other duties as may be assigned by Management

Education and Experience:
* High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
