About this role

*Hinton Physical Therapy* is accepting resumes for a full time Assistant Office Administrator. Duties include but not limited to, Greeting patients and direct them to contacts or service areas, Operate switchboard or telephone system, Answer, screen and forward telephone calls, Record and relay information, Schedule and confirm appointments, Send and receive invoices, issue payments, perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail, sorting hot/ice packs, keeping the health facility infection free (vacuuming and cleaning).

* *Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour* * *Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday - Sunday with varied shifts between 6:45am-8:30pm* * *Fast paced Environment, *_*being able to multitask and work under pressure is required*_ * *Criminal Record Check required before date of hire*
