Ridge Rock Brewing Company is looking for a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our BOH team. Located in the heart of Carp, we?re known for our craft beer, great food, and genuine hospitality.
As a Line Cook, you?ll work alongside our BOH team to prepare and plate high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We?re looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for creating great food.

*Responsibilities*
* Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to Ridge Rock standards * Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations * Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures * Assist with prep work, inventory, and daily line setup * Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams
*Requirements*
* Previous kitchen experience preferred * Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure * Reliable, punctual, and team-focused * Availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
