?*Responsibilities*:
* Greet and welcome guests and students upon arrival at the academy. * Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally. * Lesson sales and process customer payments. * Update student accounts and maintain accurate records. * Perform basic facility maintenance and ensure cleanliness and sanitization. * Keep the school environment tidy and stocked with necessary stationery and materials. * Provide accurate information about lessons both in-person and via phone/email. * Assist in planning and coordinating events. * Communicate effectively with students and parents, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
?*Qualifications*:
* Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. All three is favourable. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Excellent work ethic with a drive to complete tasks efficiently and professionally. * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. * Friendly demeanor with a passion for customer service.
