We are one of the largest property management companies in Western Canada and are currently looking to hire a full time Administrative Clerk to join our busy Downtown Vancouver office. We strongly value our employees by providing ongoing training and encourage growth within the company.
*Job Responsibilities:*
· Respond to inquiries from Owners, Lawyers and Realtors by phone and email
· Prepare legal documents for Lawyers and Realtors
· Prepare correspondence
· Other clerical duties such as copying, scanning, and assisting with mailouts
*Education & Experience:*
· Minimum one year?s office experience
· Minimum of high school graduation
*Knowledge & Skills:*
· Excellent Microsoft Office and keyboarding skills (ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm)
· Exceptional prioritizing and time management skills
· Outstanding customer service skills
· Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
· Fluency in English
*Remuneration:*
· Starting annual salary at $45,000
· Benefits (i.e. vision, dental, drug prescriptions, etc.)
· 15 days annual vacation (after 3 months? probation)
· Group RRSP program
· Social events throughout the year
