*Duties*
* Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance shopping experience * Assist customers in selecting products and explaining features * Conduct upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities * Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments * Maintain merchandise displays, ensure products are well-stocked, and organize the sales floor for optimal presentation * Provide product information via phone or in person, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and communication skills * Support inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandising tasks * Assist with store organization, cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or related fields * Multilingual or bilingual skills (English required) to serve diverse customer bases effectively * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly and confidently * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for merchandising and inventory management * Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately * Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling protocols * Ability to perform product demonstrations and upselling techniques effectively * Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods * Professional phone etiquette for engaging with customers over the phone * Ability to work well within a team environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
