Bloom Culture is seeking an experienced Floral Designer to join our growing team.
Our floral work is garden-inspired, seasonal, and rooted in natural movement. We create designs that feel thoughtful, artistic, and connected to the seasons, and we're looking for someone who shares that approach.
This role is ideal for an experienced designer who can work confidently within an established aesthetic while bringing creativity, technical skill, and *attention to detail *to every arrangement.
*As part of our hiring process, shortlisted candidates may be invited to complete a paid floral design trial in our studio.*
*What You'll Bring*
* Professional floral design experience * *Ability to confidently replicate and build upon an established floral aesthetic* * Strong knowledge of floral mechanics and flower care * Ability to design independently and efficiently * A keen eye for colour, texture, movement, and composition * Reliability, organization, and a positive team mindset * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
*Assets*
* Experience sourcing and ordering flowers through floral wholesalers * Knowledge of floral inventory management, flower care, and product forecasting * Experience with wedding and event floral production * Familiarity with flower substitutions and seasonal product availability
