*About the Role*

The Human Resources Generalist plays a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, with a primary focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee training. This role will help ensure a seamless recruitment process, an engaging onboarding experience, and the delivery of effective training programs that support organizational growth. In addition, this role will provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, communications and general human resources administration.

*What You Will Be Responsible for*

· Recruitment support for field and head office roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating job offers.

· Participating in job fairs and university recruitment events as a brand ambassador

· Build and nurture talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives.

· Expert knowledge of Dayforce best practices and reporting analytics

· Assess training needs in collaboration with managers and employees.

· Develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs, workshops, and learning materials.

· Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations matters, including performance, attendance, conduct, and policy interpretation.

· Support in conducting workplace investigations related to harassment, discrimination, workplace violence, and policy violations.

*What You Will Offer*

· A bachelor?s degree in business/human resources or equivalent.

· 2-3 Years of progressive experience in Human Resources

· Bilingualism in English and French is an asset

· CHRP or CHRL designation or working towards certification as asset.

· Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.

· Applied knowledge of labour laws and legislation across Canadian provinces with thorough understanding and hands-on application of internal and external HR principles, practices and standards

· Demonstrated experience with coaching employees and management through complex and difficult issues

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
