Job Description Job DescriptionThe Site Supervisor oversees medium-sized teams of 6-15 workers on residential and commercial construction projects. This role requires coordinating site activities, managing schedules, allocating resources, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The supervisor occasionally travels between multiple sites and maintains moderate to extensive communication with upper management to report progress and resolve issues. Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day site operations and oversee on-site activities • Coordinate and lead teams of 6-15 workers to ensure project goals are met • Create, track, and adjust project schedules to meet deadlines • Allocate resources effectively to optimize productivity • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance • Prepare reports on site progress, issues, and resolutions for upper management • Identify and resolve problems promptly to maintain workflow Preferred Qualifications
• At least 2 years of experience in construction supervision • High school diploma or equivalent • Knowledge of construction management and project scheduling • Familiarity with safety compliance standards • Strong team leadership and communication skills • Competent in quality control and problem-solving • Effective time management abilities
