THE ROLEThe Food Services Attendant performs housekeeping, food and beverage preparation/service and waitress/waiter duties as assigned by supervisor. They perform dish room duties; cleans, sterilizes and polishes cutlery, dishes, pots, pans and cooking equipment. They transport foodstuffs, cleaning materials, equipment, furniture, and carries clean/dirty dishes, cutlery, glasswares to appropriate areas. QUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDEducation, Certifications and Licenses High school diploma AND some years of experience in food and beverage service OR An acceptable combination for education, training and experience will also be considered. Experience In serving food and beverages In general kitchen help duties Competencies Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership. This is a casual position working no more than (13 1/3 or 12 ½) hours per week. Casual employees are hired on a temporary basis for a fixed period of time not exceeding twelve months. A new contract can be issued without a break in service. Keep our Canadian Armed Forces operationally ready and their families and military community healthy as part of the team at Personnel Support Programs.
