Lantzville Wellness Centre is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality massage therapy treatments, support clients in achieving their health and wellness goals, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care. *Responsibilities*
The successful candidate will possess:
* Provide high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs. * Conduct client assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans. * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. * Educate clients on self-care, injury prevention, and wellness strategies. * Collaborate with Physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to support optimal patient outcomes. * Maintain professional and ethical standards of practice. * Foster positive therapeutic relationships and contribute to a welcoming clinic environment.
*Qualifications*
The successful candidate will possess:
* Registration and membership in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of British Columbia (CCHPBC). * Eligibility to practice as a Registered Massage Therapist in British Columbia. * Excellent assessment, treatment planning, and manual therapy skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. * A professional, compassionate, and patient-centred approach to care. * The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Previous experience in private practice is considered an asset.

Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour
