*Duties*
* Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. * Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of trash regularly. * Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients. * Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are cleaned and stored properly after use. * Follow health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation practices. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.

* Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail to maintain high standards of hygiene. * Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. * Knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills is a plus. * Familiarity with food service operations and food handling guidelines. * Experience in hospitality or hotel settings can be beneficial for understanding customer service expectations. * Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while managing time effectively.
