*Role Overview*Join our team at C Market Coffee! We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Baker to join our kitchen. In this role, you will help craft our signature house-made pastries, breads, and desserts. Whether you are an experienced baker or looking to start your career in the culinary arts, we welcome your enthusiasm and dedication to quality.
*Key Responsibilities*
* *Bake Quality Goods*: Prepare bread, pastries, and desserts following established recipes. * *Maintain Consistency*: Ensure excellent presentation and strict portion control for all products. * *Uphold Safety*: Follow high cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen. * *Manage Inventory*: Monitor ingredient levels and assist management with supply ordering. * *Collaborate Dynamically*: Work with the team to develop exciting seasonal offerings and new menu items.
*Qualifications*
* *Experience Level*: Previous baking experience is an asset, but *no experience is required*?entry-level candidates are welcome. * *Detail-Oriented*: Strong focus on consistency, presentation, and high-quality standards. * *Team Player*: Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative kitchen team. * *Legal Status*: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
