*About the Role*
As a Project Manager, you will manage assigned projects, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain records related to the Business Solutions Unit.
Reporting to the Director, Business Solutions, you will oversee the planning, implementation, tracking and evaluation of projects from beginning to end.
You understand the importance of high service quality and will be involved in managing the business aspects of assigned projects. You will help define project deliverables, timelines, and budget; oversee project team activities and timelines; coordinate internal and external resources; and prepare reports and evaluate results.
As a member of the Business Solutions team, you know how to work collaboratively with project team members to deliver outstanding business solutions that align with the Centre?s strategic priorities.
*What You Have *
* Bachelor?s degree in a Business-related field is preferred. * Successful completion of Project Management courses is required, and a PMI certificate is desirable. * 3-5 years? experience in a formal project management role with in-depth knowledge of project management tools and techniques. * Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. * Excellent listening, coaching, group facilitation, problem solving and conflict resolution skills, using tact and diplomacy. * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including preparation and delivery of presentations. * In-depth understanding of CCOHS workflows and processes. * Ability to translate workflows and processes into process maps and recommend process efficiencies. * Broad understanding of the field of occupational health and safety. * Experience with CRM and ERP systems. * Exceptional skills in the Microsoft suite of products. * High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making. * Excellent coordinating, scheduling and organization skills. * Ability to communicate in both official languages is highly desirable.
