You'll be supported with ongoing learning and development opportunities and empowered to move forward in your hospitality career.THE DAY TO DAY:Actively lead daily restaurant operations with a strong floor presence during serviceSupport Private Dining Events and a la carte serviceInspire and motivate your team by clearly communicating the restaurant's vision and upholding Oliver & Bonacini's valuesMonitor and uphold all points of service and attention to detail in both guest experience and back-of-house operationsSupport and develop staff through training, coaching, and performance management initiativesCultivate a warm, professional, guest-first cultureBuild strong relationships with guests, team members, vendors, and senior leadershipContributes to scheduling, payroll accuracy, budgeting, inventory, and invoicingEnsure the venue is spotless, well-maintained, and operating at the highest standardSupport marketing efforts and contribute to guest outreach and promotional strategiesActively participate in health & safety initiatives, ensuring full compliance with WHMIS and company policiesContribute to the planning and execution of private events and special functionsOther duties as requiredQualificationsMinimum of 3 years of direct restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fine dining environmentPrevious experience in coordinating and delivering exceptional food and beverage service for weddings and high-profile events, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and seamless execution, preferred.Valid Smart Serve CertificationDemonstrated passion for the art of fine dining and the execution of premier events Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional presenceHighly organized with the strong ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, detail-driven environmentProven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a calm, solutions-oriented approachStrong business sense combined with hands-on experience in restaurant operations, cost control, and guest service excellenceWSET Level 2 Certification or equivalent wine/beverage knowledge is considered a strong assetShift work from early mornings to late evening closings, weekends buyouts and holidays - A la carte menu and private eventsAbility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredMust be legally eligible to work in Canada.Additional InformationThis is an existing role with a current vacancy.Salary range: $50,000- $55,000 + gratuitiesAI DisclosureTo ensure a fair and efficient recruitment process, some aspects of candidate screening may be conducted using AI software.
